Card-Level Memory
Trello integration brings board and card context into Lem AI's enterprise search use cases:
- Board linking: Sync Trello boards and assign them to workspaces for scoped indexing.
- Card context: Card titles, descriptions, and checklists become searchable corporate knowledge.
- Workspace scope: Boards indexed at workspace level feed onboarding, implementation, and compliance workflows.
Setup instructions
1. Connect Trello
Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connecton the Trello card. Authorize via Trello's token flow.
2. Sync boards
Click Sync boards to fetch your Trello boards. Select boards to include in the workspace knowledge scope.
3. Assign to Workspace
Map Trello boards to your Lem AI workspace. Cards from assigned boards appear in enterprise search with links to related Slack threads and GitHub changes.

Trello can coexist with Jira, Asana, Monday.com, and ClickUp in the same workspace—Lem AI uses a unified task provider model so your team keeps the tools they already use.
