Google Meet Capture

Capture high-resolution project decisions directly from your team's syncs and architectural reviews.

Synchronous Memory

Project decisions often happen in meetings before they ever reach a code update or a Slack thread. Lem ensures this verbal context is preserved:

  • Automated Attendance: The Lem assistant can be scheduled to join your architectural reviews and sprint syncs.
  • Verbal Context Capture: Key decisions and rationale are extracted from meeting audio and converted into searchable project history.
  • Transcript Correlation: Lem links meeting summaries directly to the repositories and tasks discussed during the call.

Setup Instructions

1. Connect Google Account

Go to Settings > Integrations and click Connect on the Google Meet card.

2. Configure the Assistant

From the Team page, you can start a meeting directly or schedule the Lem assistant to join an upcoming meeting.

3. Review & Link

After the meeting ends, Lem processes the information. You can review the captured decisions in your dashboard and link them to specific code updates.

Meeting-to-Project Mapping

When Lem identifies a discussion about a specific repository or task during a meeting, it automatically establishes a connection. This means when you look at a code change months later, you can see the exact meeting segment where that change was first proposed.

"Privacy Note: Lem only processes audio for the purpose of technical information extraction. We do not store raw audio files after the information is finalized."
